- Protecting your personal information is very important to us!
- J&L Pointing Labs will under no circumstances sell or rent our customers names, addresses, email address, or any other personal information to anyone!
- We do send out email notifications from time to time on promotional items, and new products if you should choose to sign up for that newsletter.
- If you receive e-mail or newsletters from us and wish to discontinue these messages, simply reply with the word REMOVE in the subject line and we will remove your name from our subscriber list.
Returns & Exchanges
- Return any unsatisfactory item within 30 days of the purchase date to receive a full refund, exchange, or adjustment. After this date the manufacturer warranty will apply.
- When returning any item please insure all returned goods for the full purchase price. We cannot be responsible for items which are lost/stolen in shipment when being returned. Returns should be shipped via UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post.
- For Restricted Shipping Items: Items containing gun powder and or explosive material cannot be shipped through US Mail or by any Air Service. Please make sure to send these items using UPS Ground. Blank Pistols cannot be shipped through US Mail. Please return these using UPS Ground or Air Service.
